This workshop is about being aware of your impact on your students. Implicit bias refers to unconscious attitudes, reactions, stereotypes, and categories that affect your behavior and understanding towards students and colleagues. Being aware of your implicit bias means understanding and recognising what biases you have and not letting these impact negatively on students, colleagues, families and your classroom environment.

 

This workshop aims to help you identify your implicit bias and understand how knowledge of your implicit bias can impact positively on students, colleagues, families and your classroom environment.
