A key part of the equity process are work shops. Often adults within a learning environment have to change their own practice to create equity. Often we expect teachers to change without providing the necessary levers for change.This is why these workshops have been designed. Education and educating is a busy job and teachers need time to be able to process new information and be in a head space to complete new learning before putting it into practice.

Teachers have a moral and ethical responsibility to create equity for their students, families and learning environment.

The process of these workshops is simple. There are 6 workshops to complete over 6 weeks and 1 face to face professional development programme to attend.

Teachers download the PDF work book. They then watch the video and stop at key points to complete their work book.

​

Work books are then submitted to the equity team and work shops followed up with a coaching conversation.
