This workshop is about your accountability to the teaching profession. As humans we use defensive scripts. Defensive scripts are reasons or justifications that we use to explain our behaviours or teaching  practice. When we sense a threat or challenge to our behaviours, we resort to well honed defensive scripts that enable us to justify those behaviours or teaching practice.

Development of a self awareness plan for shifting from defensive scripts to a solution focused mindset
